Features wanted for change.wikia.com :

1. A button on every change.gov botgenerated page to force reloading it so participants do not have to wait 24hrs for an out of date page.
2. Make permalinks more visible and easier to use. Perhaps provide both a readable permalink as well as a "tiny url" style permalink on a paragraph level. This way Bloggers and the press have a unchanging documentation of their reference material.
3. Install Purple MediaWiki extension to get nice permalinks at the paragraph level throughout the wiki.
4. User:ChangeBot to be listed as a bot - so as to not show up in RecentChanges
5. To Append any ChangeBot created page with something like Source: so that volunteers can use the main name space for live documents.
6. Have User:ChangeBot create wiki links from the page database for the wiki, so people can find there way around easier and we can start to wikify Change.gov more easily, by knowing what is a page and what isn't.
